3. “These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also;” Acts 17:6 Aggressive in carrying out it’s mission of preaching the gospel to every creature !! 1 st Century Church had influence on society  “turned world upside down”  “everywhere spoken against”  Carried gospel to the whole world

4. What Militancy Does Not Mean Love of Controversy 1 John 4:1 “try the spirits” Does not use Force Jn. 18:36 “My kingdom is not of this world” Does not mean crudeness Eph.4:15 “speaking the truth in love”

5. What Militancy Does Mean Saving Souls Luke 19:10 “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost” Need for Gospel is Great 2 Thes.1:7-9 - “taking vengeance” Rom.1:16 “power of God unto salvation” No salvation apart from the gospel

6. What Militancy Does Mean Saving Souls Luke 19:10 “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost” Shortness of Time John 9:4 “while it is day” Jas. 4:14 “it is even a vapor that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.”

11. Christians have knowledge of salvation And we are responsible for saving souls.

13. 7. So you, son of man: I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear a word from My mouth and warn them for Me. 8. "When I say to the wicked, 'O wicked man, you shall surely die!' and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand. 9. "Nevertheless if you warn the wicked to turn from his way, and he does not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.”

14. Real evangelism does not occur until those who are evangelized become evangelists.
