10  Opening Breakfast  Chair meets with President/CEO  Chair meets with Governing Board representatives  Staff, Student and Faculty For a  Exit Interview

11  Commission makes hotel reservations. The Institution will be asked to recommend a hotel but all arrangements are made by NWCCU staff  Evaluators make their own travel arrangements  Institution provides transportation to and from airport

12  Institution provides transportation between hotel and campus  Institution provides transportation to nearby remote sites as necessary  Campus interviews, etc. are best arranged through communication between Chair and ALO

13  Report is submitted (by Committee Chair) to Institution CEO for correction of errors of fact (Institution has five business days to respond)  Finalized report is submitted (by NWCCU) to institution which has the opportunity to provide a written response

14  CEO, Committee Chair and (optional) selected institutional representatives meet with Board of Commissioners (January or July) for sixty minutes  Commission President informs institution of Commission action
