By the age of 38 1 in 2 will be in a job that they have had for less than 5 years The top ten in demand jobs today, did not exist 10 years ago… Neither did the technologies they use! We have to prepare students to solve problems that don’t yet exist We are living in exponential times…who did we ask before Google? The best preparation for a changing world will be to develop the skills as well as the knowledge to deal with a changing world As well as promoting academic excellence Promoting and reporting on the dispositions necessary to prepare for an uncertain future
