My work history consist mainly in the Department of Education. 3 3 BACKGROUND Our Board started functioning on 2004/10/01.Our Board started functioning on 2004/10/01. 21 21 SOCIETAL RESPONSIBILITY  All members of the board are aware of their societal responsibility that is why we actively are involved in Imbizos.  Community worker are actively involved in justice cluster and addressing problem areas in his communities.  Invitations are made to families and victims that want to now more of our system  Meetings are held with community leaders.  Placements are done with fairness to offender and safety of society in mind.

22 22 CONCLUSION The future success of Parole Board is a direct function of compliance to legislation, policies and procedures as well as the willingness of the community to take co responsibility for our fellow humans that failed themselves in life.
