Presenting Learning Outcomes You can then give each student a wipeable card and ask them to select a number of skills that they need to improve on in the session Instruct the student to identify what they need to improve for each skill e.g. timing, sectioning, tension, neatness The student can then write down their areas for development for each skill on their wipeable board, therefore giving them truly individualised personal targets for their session The student can then check that they have achieved the main outcomes, and that they have achieved their own personalised targets also for the lesson
