1 Page 1 of 17 To the ETS – Password Reset Online Training Course Clients have the ability to automatically update passwords at any time through the automated password reset process. Automatic password resets are mandatory for all users within ETS. Welcome

4 Page 4 of 17 Upon successful login to ETS, users will be asked to setup the security questions. This message will only be displayed if the Security Questions are not set up. In addition to the above, the Screen to setup the Security Questions will also be available from Account  Security Questions menu option. Clicking on the Next button or the menu option will display the following screen: Setup Security Questions

5 Page 5 of 17 If the user is a Site Administrator, the text above will inform the user to contact Client Registry. (See next slide) Please verify your information below. If it is not correct, please contact your Site Administrator (the owner of EN1234 account). If it is correct, please click Next. Page 2

6 Page 6 of 17 Clicking on the Next button will send an email to the user and display the following screen: Page 3

7 Page 7 of 17 The user enters the 6 digit security code received in the e-mail and clicks on Next. Once the security code is validated, the following screen will be displayed: Page 4

8 Page 8 of 17 ETS will require the users to select 3 security questions from a predefined list of questions. The user must select a different question for each dropdown and each of the answers must be different from each other. The answer must be a minimum of 2 characters in length. Page 5

9 Page 9 of 17 Clicking on the Forgot Password link will display the following screen: Password Reset

10 Page 10 of 17 The user will be required to enter all of the above information. If any of the entered information is incorrect, a generic message saying “Invalid Data” will be displayed in red at the top of this screen. After 4 unsuccessful attempts the user will be redirected to the No Access screen. Page 2

11 Page 11 of 17 If all information is correct user will be emailed a 6 digit security code and ETS will display the following screen: The user enters the 6 digit security code received in the e-mail and clicks on Next. After 4 unsuccessful attempts the user will be redirected to the No Access screen. If the Security Code is correct, ETS will retrieve questions stored for the specified user and display them on the following screen. Page 3

12 Page 12 of 17 This screen will randomly display 2 questions for the user to answer. When the user clicks on Next, all answers will be compared with the stored answers. After 4 unsuccessful attempts the user will be redirected to the No Access screen. If the answers are correct the following screen will allow the user to reset the password: Page 4

13 Page 13 of 17 On this screen the user will be required to enter the new password twice. The password needs to conform to all the password complexity and history requirements already implemented in ETS. Once the password is changed successfully, the following screen will be displayed: Page 5

14 Page 14 of 17 Clicking on the Login to ETS button will take you to the login screen. NOTE: 1.Client Registry has the ability to reset the Site Administrator(s) password. 2.Site Administrator(s) have the ability to reset Client Account passwords. 3.The Primary Administrator has the ability to reset the password for the Back-up Site Administrator, however, the Back-up Site Administrator cannot reset the Primary Site Administrators password. The Primary Site Administrator will need to contact Client Registry at 780-422-1395. 4.Whenever the password is reset (by Client Registry or a Site Administrator) all security questions will be automatically deleted. This will ensure when an employee leaves the company, he/she will not be able to change the password. (shown on the next screen) Page 6
