11 EC Executive Committee (EC) Roles and Responsibilities (Action Arm of SR-PLN)* Prompt action on emerging issues and on regional AWP Promote effective communication Responsible for interim (between scheduled meetings of SR- PLC) Authority to act on issues that emerge May appoint teams or task forces to address multi-program issues *As actions are taken, communication with SR-PLC, PCs, ASRED and AEA, and the entire Extension system is important.
