Specific coexistence scenarios can be developed if projects begin in specific working groups –The only current project is within 802.22 (WRAN)

9 sg-whitespace-09/0029r1 Submission February 2009 Steve Shellhammer, QualcommSlide 9 Comments The number of available TV channels varies, depending upon the location The number of channels that are available may also vary with time Which channels are available also varies in both space and time In many cases the number of channels is insufficient to permit each WRAN/WMAN/WLAN “cell” to have its own channel Need to develop methods to allow sharing of the available set of channels
