The following graphics are illustrations of how traceroutes from ~200 servers of Dyn around the world reach various Bangladesh providers over time. Collectively these servers measure the latency and path to responding IPs within these providers. The median latency is across all of these servers so the absolute number isn’t as important as relative changes - also, during outages the median isn’t very reliable.
