These are pupils from an Ecuadorian school learning how to plant and grow fruit and vegetables. The skills learnt are then shared with their families and communities.

Look around your classroom. What do you Reduce, Reuse, Recycle?
Do a survey and find out if you have a green school.

10. In your class you can …
Reduce – Turn off the lights and use less paper
Reuse – Make junk models out of cardboard and old containers
Recycle – Compost your fruit and use it for your school garden. It will keep the worms happy!
