System Description Joint Spectrum Interference Resolution Online (JSIRO) is a SIPRNET, web-based, centralized application for reporting, tracking, updating, analyzing, and archiving interference reports, see Figures 1 through 4. It supports the DoD JSIR process, defined in the CJCSM series, for resolving persistent electromagnetic interference to DoD systems. Its intended user is: (1) the DoD frequency management community, (2) JSC analysts, and (3) DoD interference victims. It supports the JSIR program procedure of resolving interference at the lowest level possible by providing access to troubleshooting tips from the JSIRO home page, and from within the report submission form. JSIRO is a SharePoint application. Its development was accomplished using end-user Sharepoint features offered through the Sharepoint Graphical User Interface. No software coding was involved. JSIRO resides on the Intelink ICES Sharepoint server. Intelink provides the following services relied upon by JSIRO: 1. Server 2. Hosting 3. Storage 4. Processing 5. Authentication 6. Sharepoint Server 7. Information Assurance Sharepoint provides further authentication, using its account management features, to monitor usage, track changes, and manage alerts. Figure 1. Home page provides links to view and create interference reports, to view troubleshooting guidance, and to view contact information for further support. Figure 2. Troubleshooting Guidance Figure 2.
