6 6Long Eaton Swimming Club Day to day running  Coaches all work to a planned 8 week cycle.  This ensures all strokes are covered.  Specific teaching points and drills to be included are set out on the plan.  Coaches also use their professional ability to adapt sets to suit the needs of the children they have in their lane.  Coaches communicate information about swimmers through the lead coach so important information can be passed on this includes any stroke corrections.

This is for children who have the technical ability which is considered the standard of development two, but still have something to work on or improve before moving up, such as speed, stamina or strength.
