3 A CIRCLE is the locus of all points in a plane equidistant

The segment joining the center of a circle to a point on the circle. Example: OA O A

If two secants intersect in the interior (inside) of a circle, then the measure of the angle formed is one-half the sum of the measure of the arcs intercepted by the angle and its vertical angle
