Observations: Core Action 1 ELA, Social Studies & Science: Focus each lesson on a high quality text (or multiple texts). Math: Ensure the work of the lesson reflects the Shifts (focus, coherence, rigor) required by the CCSS for math

Observations: Core Action 2 ELA: Employ questions and tasks, both oral & written, that are text specific and reflect the standards. Math: Employ instructional practices that allow all students to learn the content of the lesson. Social Studies & Science: Employ questions and tasks that are text dependent and text specific.

Reading #2: Rigor Read your assigned article As a table group create a Frayer Model for Rigor based upon the reading Everyone must have their own copy Stand up and share with someone who you don’t usually work with. We will share twice.

For Next Time… Expectation #2 - ALL intervention time is scheduled outside Tier I core instruction periods. Expectation #3 - Students receiving intervention are provided equitable access/opportunities for non‐core and elective instruction. What artifact / data / information do you want to discuss with your colleagues?
