4 NDIA PMSC May 6 2006 Rosslyn, VA Earned Value Management System Acceptance: Goals and Objectives ● Develop a methodology for System Acceptance that will:  Complement and/or replace the existing DCMA methodology  Meet the system acceptance or certification requirements of all stakeholders (government agencies, DCMA, industry)  Provide a standard methodology regardless of the organization conducting the acceptance review (i.e., government agency, 3 rd party, or self-evaluation)
