2 2016 Traditional Rx 4 Drug List
Pharmacy Benefits FAQ How can I look up my medication to see what Tier my medication will be for 2016? The Rx 4 Traditional Drug list at: 2016 Traditional Rx 4 Drug List

3 Pharmacy Benefits FAQ Why did my medication change from a Tier 1 Generic to a Tier 3 Generic for 2016? Cost – Some generics are just as expensive as name brands and the Rx 4 Traditional plan is based on the cost of the medication

4 Pharmacy Benefits FAQ What if I am getting my medication cheaper at another pharmacy? That is where you have to be your own consumer and shop around. Some pharmacies may offer certain generics at $4 or $10 co-pays. Just like for 2015, if a drug cost is cheaper than your co-pay, you will pay the lesser cost. For example, if you are getting Levothyroxine a Tier 1 generic for $5/30 day supply, you will continue to pay $5 – not the $20/30 day supply co-pay for Tier 1 generic medication.

5 Pharmacy Benefits FAQ Does Humana have a website where I can compare drug prices? You can locate a pricing tool through MyHumana.com. Once logged in to your MyHumana account, under Tools and Resources is a Drug Pricing tool where you can see estimated retail pricing, compare 3 pharmacies, or price with Humana Pharmacy.

6 Pharmacy Benefits FAQ Does Humana have a website where I can search for drug alternatives that may be cheaper? YES! Drug List search You can look up a specific drug and view coverage details. You can also see possible generic equivalents and alternative medications. Humana Drug List Search

CVS, WalMart, and Sams Club. You can also receive a 90 day supply, saving yourself one month’s co-pay at these preferred pharmacies.

12 Pharmacy Benefits FAQ What is this 30% penalty fee I keep hearing about for using a non-preferred pharmacy. This will apply if you go outside the PCS preferred pharmacy network of CVS, WalMart or Sams Club, and depends on the cost of the drug. If an outside pharmacy offers drugs at a cheaper advertised co-pay, you may not be charged the 30% penalty fee.
