CW CCW Proximity sensor - The LER series has three sizes in total. The built-in motor realizes a low profile and space saving structure. Product variations in addition to the basic type are: A high precision table type with high precision bearing A high positioning repeatability type with external stopper (rotation angle 90 or 180 degree)  Mounting variations Mounting on body possible from top or bottom surface Table is hollow which allows accommodation of wiring and piping Proximity dog

Hi-accuracy Table (Hi-accuracy bearing) Basic High precision The positioning repeatability (for intermediate stop) is +/-0.05 degrees. It can be improved with an external stopper to +/-0.01 degrees. The table precision can be selected like the MSQ series from: Roll bearing for basic type and high precision bearing for high precision type High precision bearing Rolling element bearing The movement in the direction of table radial thrust is reduced.

4 3. Applications General machinery Capable in all rotational transfer.
In case of vertical transfer, a variation in load occurs depending on the position at time of rotation, but the speed can be controlled to a certain amount. In combination with an electric gripper, after a work piece is gripped, rotation and transfer are possible.

The maximum rotational speed is 420 degree/sec. The maximum rotational torque is 0.3Nm for LER10, 1.2Nm for LER30 and 10Nm for LER50. The maximum speed shown in the table is for no load, and can vary depending on the work load transferred vertically. 6 5. Construction Warm wheel Warm Motor Belt Ball bearing
The power of the motor is transmitted to the worm gear through the belt and pulley (a type with a 1.5 time deceleration rate is also available), and used for actuating the moving parts (worm wheel and table). High rigidity bearing also available. The worm gear is a gear that can rotate a comparatively large worm wheel, and achieve a large deceleration rate (30 times the gear ratio) with only one stage. The worm gear used for the LER series is a special type with limited backlash and high precision rotation.
