3 3Confidential Material IT Finance Executive Summary (Year-To-Date Period Ended September, FY 2015) Operations IT excluding Non-Cap is favorable $0.5M vs. FY15 Budget. $1.2M for vCore (Hitachi) and DiData (Cisco) in M&R $0.4M project slippage in Depreciation $0.2M timing in Outside Services $0.2M open positions, partially offset by vacancy in Salary/Fringe/Pension ($0.6M) timing in Internal Labor ($0.9M) delayed Interactive Allocation to LOBs in IT Service Charges – Corp. Non-Cap is unfavorable ($1.0M) primarily due to incremental Project Budget of $7M. ($1.2M) for Outside Services ($0.1M) in Internal Labor $0.1M in Training $0.2M in T&E Projects Full year 2015 Project Spending is forecasted to be unfavorable ($2.1M) primarily due to additional projects greenlit over the approved $69.5M budget. ( EMEA - Madrid, Visitor Management, Slot Management, Exchange Migration and Security IDS Refresh) Pending Project Approvals $0.3M; Global Non-Linear and ICC Webmethods, partially offset by EIS reductions Rolling Forecast After accounting for all risks and opportunities, IT is forecasting to be flat vs. the Q2 MRP FCST, ($2.4M) unfavorable vs. Budget; ($0.6M) in Overhead and ($1.8M) in Non-Cap. Refer to the R&O slide for detail. Headcount Incremental six approvals; three for Interactive, two AMMO transfers from WPF and one ADM Interactive.
