4. Terminology Sublet – renting of an apartment by a tenant to another person Assignment of Lease – an agreement that allows another person to take over an existing lease; the lease transfers to the new tenant

5. Terminology Bachelor Apartment – an apartment that consists of one room and a bathroom Utilities – the cost of bills such as heat, power, water, garbage removal, etc. Appliances – fridge, stiove, washer, dryer, dishwasher.
