INITIAL CREATION Summer of 1968 – December of 1968 Elmer ShapiroHe chaired the first meeting of the Network Working Group(NWG) with the Stanford Researching Institute(SRI). In December, he released a report “Study of Computer Networking Design Parameters” which was based on the work done by Paul, Summer of 1968Steve Carr, Steve Crocker, Jeff Rulifson and Ron Stoughton Attendee’s of the meeting with the NWG and SRI, were they discussed solving issues related to getting hosts to communicate with each other.
