2. Log into the Producer Portal To upload a document

3. Select the “E-Communications” tab

4. Select the “Document Submission” hyperlink ** Please note there is a max file size of 2.5 mb. To reduce the size of the file, lessen the resolution during scanning

5. Select the type of document you will upload from the drop down menu

6. Select the “browse” button to locate the document on your computer and attach the file Select “SUBMIT”

7. Confirmation of document submission appears
