4 What Are the four animals? The four animals in the Sahel, are the Warthogs, Segnal gerbil, Zebu and the Giraffe. the warthog migrates with the season. The warthog stands about 30 inches tall. The segnal gerbil grows to about 4 to 6 inches they feed on seeds and roots. The zebu is a type of cattle it’s been in africa since 400 AD. The giraffe is also known as the “spotted camel”.
