Commissioned Officers: This is when a person joins the army and completes special tests to decide that they are a strong leader. They then go to RMC Sandhurst to train to be a leader in the Army.
Non-Commissioned Officers:
A soldier would join the army and work their way up the ranks. You would not lead as much but gain invaluable experience

1.Commissioned Officers: Leaders within the Army. Manage and Lead troops at the Unit Level.
2. Non-Commissioned Officers: Leaders at the lower levels of the army. Experienced and well trained. Advise the officers.
