6 GETTING READY FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE NEEDS ASSESSMENT Recommendation Form – Bulletin 6541.0 ◦ Attachment G Copies of the following for participants: ◦ Agenda ◦ PowerPoint ◦ Minutes from previous meetings to be approved ◦ Data ◦ SPSA Evaluation ◦ Keep documentation (i.e. agendas, sign ins and minutes) as evidence that that the ELAC has reviewed and provided recommendations prior to the submission of the SPSA If 15% or more of pupils in a school speak a single primary language other than English (Ed Code 48985), all notices given to parents or guardians must be written in English and in the student’s primary language (Bulletin 6541.0 page 18 )
