HISTORY:
At the begining of formula A was in 20 century. It called Grand Prix.
From 1910 to 1930 were five european races witch called Grandes Epreuves.
After world war II. was Formula A renamed on Formula 1.
Some of races were after world war II. but first world championship was in 1950 in Great Britain.
First world champion was in 1950 Giuseppe Farina from Italy.

3. Monopost Carbon fiber Carbon brakes Slick tyre Speed > 350km/h
MONOPOSTS:
The modern monoposts have an engine in the middle.
Engine is made of carbon fiber, because carbon fiber is so lightweight.
All weight of monopost with fuel and pilot after race cant be less than 620kg.
Monopost use slick tyre for better acceleration.
The monopost can go over 350km/h.

GRAND PRIX:
At the begining in 1950 were 7 grand prix and later were higher number of grand prix.
In first wolrd championship were six of seven races in Europe.
Every conutry can organize only one Grand Prix once a year.
When some country want organize more Grand Prix pear year it had to changed name of Grand Prix.
For example: First Grand Prix in Germany called Grand Prix of Germany and second Grand Prix was called Grand Prix of Europe.

6. Sponsors Start – without sponsors Lotus Imperial Tobacco Marlboro
At the beginning of formula, nobody had a sponsors. Formula team didnt have sponsors and their monoposts were paint with national colour.
First formula team whitch had sponsor called LOTUS.
The first sponsor which sponsors LOTUS was IMPERIAL TOBACCO, it is an British company which produce tabacco. This company was founded in 1901.
Later other teams took on sponsors to. For example FERRARI had as a sponsor tabacco company Marlboro.
