Each month, you must: View the Patient Activity and Related Treatment (PART) information for your patients Manually verify that the information in the report is correct. Note: This task in CROWNWeb replaces the current Patient Activity Report (PAR).

4. The PART Screen 1.From the Patients tab, click PART. The PART screen displays.

5. Searching and Filtering 2.Select your filter criteria, then click Go. The PART Verification screen displays the selected data. 3.To further filter the data, you can specify a date range. Check the Use Date Range box and specify dates to filter further. 4.Use the All/None option to select or deselect all patients listed in the view. To select individual patient(s), check the boxes next to the specific patient name.

6. Viewing Patient Data 5.View patient data by clicking on the Patient Name hyperlink. This will display detailed information about the patient. 6.Click the hyperlinks in the Admit/Discharge and Treatment columns to display the detailed information. The transient column indicates patient’s transient status.

7. Selecting Information to Verify 7.Check the boxes next to the patient after reviewing the patient's information. Then, click the Verify button to complete verification in CROWNWeb.

8. Summary 8.After a patient has been verified, the name of the verifier and the date verified displays in the Verification column.

9. Tips and Tricks When searching using the Use Date Name filter: You can enable the Use Date Name filter and obtain search results, however… You will not be able to select patients to verify until you uncheck the box.
