Responsibilities l Improving current employment, career and professional development products and services. l Assisting local sections in providing assistance and information to unemployed members l Develop effective materials and presentations to enhance employers' awareness l Studying and communicating successful career development strategies for engineers l Provide support for employment services l Provide support for career development l Improve awareness of financial benefits

3. 2007 Accomplishments l Provided Workshops on the following topics l Project Management l Resume and Job Interview l PACE Leadership l IEEE Benefits l Developed Media containing several ECS and CWPC modules and made them available to local Sections l Participated in ECS Committee meetings l Job fair (Detroit, MI, October 03, 2007)

Plan for 2008 l Promote the IEEE ECS web template for local sections l Promote IEEE-USA products and services developed by the ECS and CWPC committees l Promote Workshops and use of the IEEE MPAC and SPAC Speaker lists l Maintain ECS and CWPC products l Contribute to the EIT 2008 l Promote ECS Webinars http://www.ieeeusa.org/careers/Webinars/default.asp
