International jobs Youth prefer jobs which have less geographic barriers so that they ca n have various options of working locations.

3 MY DREAM JOB Harmony: A job suits my personality and utilizes my strengths. Inspiration: A job offers me opportunities to grow an d achieve higher goals in my career path. Balance: A job helps me maintain a work-life balance and create a lifestyle I desire. Necessary conditions Innovation: A job allows me to think and come up wi th new solutions and ideas. There are more than just r outine tasks. Competition: I need to feel a competitive atmosphere which motivates me to endeavor. Individualism: I can show myself in my true colors. Sufficient conditions

4 MY DREAM JOB Therefore, most of attractive jobs to youth are in emerging markets and developing countries where things are growing fast but not yet comprehensive and standardized.

5 MY DREAM JOB Engineer in Renewable Energy, specializing in Wind Power. “I will check the weather every morning if wind blows enough to operate wind turbine. If it does, I decide to turn on the turbines. I will measure all the data about wind source by conducting various experiments in order to design more effective wind turbines. This work is a combination of Mechanical, Electrical, Material, and Civil engineering.” – Sehyun Lim. Schools and companies located in a same campus collaborate in designing a curriculum which enables students to apply knowledge to work. Students spend certain amount of time working on real projects or tasks provided by companies and can become official employees while still being at schools.
