History: Started in 1946 by Tokyo Telecommunications Engineering Corporation (aka Totsuko) in Nihonbashi Today they have many different divisions in their company: Sony electronics, Sony entertainment, Sony pictures, Sony music Major accomplishments: Created PlayStation series and are the Co-Developers of the CD, DVD, Super audio CD, and Blue Ray Disc

7 Placement and promotion
Placement: Anywhere you see a PS3 being sold. 6/7 continents Majority of the systems will be sent to Europe, The US and other high socioeconomic countries. Promotion: Anywhere we can advertise to the customers TV, radio, magazines, internet, in store advertisements, billboards, and press release conferences. Leading up to the release of SonySim we will hold monthly press conferences releasing some insight to the capabilities of the product. We will have an internet team to help control blogs and keep the product chatter positive within the general public.
