Announcement: Chapter 11 Test Friday Review/Getting back into the game: Examine the picture and caption on page 413 and answer the following question 1. Why do you think immigrants were forced to register with the authorities during World War I?

3 Attacks on Civil Liberties Read the quote in purple and answer the following question: 1. Why does President Wilson have concerns about entering World War I?
