3. REVENUE BUDGET DEVELOPMENT Real Estate Taxes– Property assessments are obtained from Blair County. Current millage & collection rates are applied to calculate local real estate tax revenue. Per Capita, Earned Income, Real Estate Transfer, Interest- Calculated utilizing current 9 month actual costs & prior year 3 months actual costs combined. State Revenues- Developed using legislative proposals. Basic Ed & Special Ed based on last year actual plus 1.5%. Many budget year subsidies are based on previous fiscal year state reports. Federal Grants- Previous year allocations are used incorporating legislative proposed adjustments when known.

4. MISCELLANEOUS INCLUDES PUBLIC UTILITY REALTY TAX $ 28,800 PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES $ 12,974 FACILITY RENTALS $ 27,981 OCCUPATION TAX $ 120,600 WAGE TAX COMMISSION $ 5,320 MISCELLANEOUS REVENUE $ 82,260 TOTAL MISCELLANEOUS $ 277,935
