3 Kick Off Meeting in Novi Sad 3 rd – 4 th December 2010 Organized by the Faculty of Technical Sciences – Department of Environmental Engineering 25 representatives from 12 institutions in 7 countries

4 Survey on National Capacity Needs of Serbia for Global Environmental Management presented on Ohrid Workshop in April 2011 Survey’s goal : to present current state of the environmental protection sector in Serbia to show country’s future needs regard environmental protection Survey

7 Experience Good communication and cooperation with Coordinators (thanks to Juna Valdisseri and welcome to Elisa Guberti) Valuable practical and professional assistance from Ss Cyril and Methodius University Valuable technical assistance regarding the specification of the laboratory equipment from the Vienna University of Technology Very well organized training courses in Florence, Vienna and Thessaloniki
