Marketing process should be driven by the entire company Every decision should be made with the customer in mind. Why? 3. Profit is equally important as customer satisfaction. What is profit? What happens if a company doesn’t have profit?

The Customer/Marketing Orientation ■ Give an example of a recent purchase you made where it wasn’t a single transaction, but part of an ongoing relationship with the seller. ■ What has the seller done (or could do better) to strengthen your relationship and increase the possibility of a future purchase?

Design The Perfect Beverage ■Get into groups of 3. One person must write or type your answers. ■Create your “perfect” drink if you had an unlimited budget. ■Answer the following questions: –Describe your drink. What are it’s ingredients? –What is the name? –What would the logo look like? –What is the price? –What will the bottle/container look like? Is it glass or plastic? Colors? Shape? –Who is your target market (who is your ideal customer)? –How will you promote it? ■You will present to the class
