3. The Painted Apple Moth was introduced to New Zealand from Australia in 1999 by MAF

4. Unfortunately MAF allowed this Moth to get out of hand. They say “If it is not eradicated it will have Devastating Effects on our Forests”

5. We are now having to eradicate this Moth with Aerial Spraying, but this eradication programme will cost our government $90 million out of Our Tax Payers’ money. Cost of eradication programme so far, THE Sad news is there is more SPRAYING to come

7. The only reason that the Government is Eradicating this Moth is that an Overseas investor from an Asian Country will invest $400 million into our Forestry, but only if this Moth is Eradicated first.  Reason Why they are Spraying this Moth PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLE?

8. Is there a moral to this story ? Yes THE MORAL TO THIS STORY IS : THIS IS ALL TO DO WITH POLITICS ‘POLI’ IN LATIN MEANS -------------- MANY ‘TICS’ MEANS ----- BLOOD SUCKING LEACHES SAY NO MORE! WHY?

9. BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT STOP THIS ERADICATION PROGRAMME There are alternative ways of eradicating this Moth using ground spraying instead, which won’t be detrimental to our health. So why aren't they listening to us, that is the question. This has got to STOP
