2 Target Investigation 2 2. I can draw and describe observations made with a microscope, showing that a single-celled organism contains parts used for all life functions.

3 Microscope Care and Use
Results from our investigation with the 5 unknown substances indicated that 3 of them were living – they were all organisms. Two of the organisms were so small that it was difficult to see them. In order to take a closer look at the organisms a specialized tool is needed – the microscope.
