3 Natural Learning has a rich history Some of the founding fathers that have published their experiences and ideas are: John Holt – grandfather of the unschooling movement “children are natural learners” A. S. Neill – founder of the free school - Summerhill “One learns to live, not by hearing of other lives, but by living; for words are infinitely less important than acts." Einstein - scholar “The earth is the school and the world is our classroom”

13 We are offering: To have a place to connect with like-minded people To match your philosophy with a facilitator that believes in, is experienced in and understands child-led learning WHY? What? A conscious community of learners sharing a similar philosophy. To create workshops and field trips with this philosophy in mind To provide families with access to resources and expertise To provide access to technology that supports connecting our community – such as Argyll Social Network, blog centre, and a Yahoo group To advocate for natural learning.
