2 FOCUS of COACHING ► Train internal coaches in the “Stakeholder- Centered” process ► Train experienced external coaches who will be used in the “Stakeholder-Centered” process ► Provide ongoing support during initial coaching assignments ► Measure improvement based on mini-survey
