23 Asking Questions Good readers wonder as they read and ask themselves questions constantly about what they are reading. I often wonder about why certain characters behave as they do. 22

24 Asking Questions As we read, keep asking yourself questions and trying to find the answers. Let the class know by raising your hand when you have a question or an answer to somebody else’s question. 23
