What is IT Skill Standard (ITSS) Software is the heart of life line systems which is inevitable for society such as financial sector, transportation system, shipment system, medical system, electricity system etc… At the same time, system trouble could cause huge damage on current society. Therefore, keeping safe and reliable system became one of the most important task in modern world.
