That helps to improve her sales, and general store achievement He goes for TEST drives to understand the customer concerns and he can understand their concerns in a better way so that the Fault can be fixed in the first attempt causing better Customer satisfaction His mail communication has improved causing the better understanding of the concerns in the vehicle and giving right information to customers I feel the improved English ability allows better use of terminology and gives more confidence in giving a more detailed selling experience to the customer. This impacts on business with better sales

12 The Role, Managers Played in the Success After I receive the monthly report, I praised the staff that performed well and encouraged those that did not spend enough time on the program. I advised them where in the store they can come and sit to continue their training from the computers in the office Coaching Role and showing the right path to follow the person to be successful I used to discuss with them the progress on the course & motivate them to take advantage of this opportunity. Whenever my staff has an issue, I used to help them in resolving the same
