List of activities Today you are going to watch a short video and You must guess what the topic is about. What is the video about? Ss: Daily Routines. Today we are going to learn some new words to talk about daily routine. These new words are called phrasal verbs. A phrasal verb is a combination of a verb and preposition, a verb and an adverb, or a verb with both an adverb and a preposition. This is the common structure of phrasal verbs sentence Subject +( Verb + preposition) + Object Here you are the phrasal and their meanings. Wake up get up - put on - hurry up - take off- pick up- come back – turn off Now we are going to read a letter of a girl talking to her best friend about her daily routine and then you must complete the blanks with the phrasal verbs learned. After that, compare the answers with your partner. Now you know these phrasal verbs, I’m going to ask you to write a letter in pairs, to a friend telling him7her about your daily routines. At the end of the class you must give me a paper with the letter.
