3. Who is our Support Team? Our Student Council Advisors are Ms. Theresa Harness and Ms. Apryle N. Williams. Our principal is Mrs. Joyce Mark.

4. Breast Cancer Awareness During PE time, all the students walked in honor of Breast Cancer survivors and those have lost their lives to the fight.

5. Let’s Take a Stand Against Bullying During the month of October, students decided to take a stand against bullying by signing anti- bullying posters. As a school, we are going to put a stop to name calling, teasing, and hurting other people’s feelings. John Will is a NO BULLYING SCHOOL!!

6. Turkey Grams Student Council sold Turkey Grams during the month of November for $0.50. All the money was used to help buy items for the Salvation Army Angel Tree.

7. Alabama Vs Auburn Students donated money for their favorite football team, Alabama or Auburn. Each teacher was given AL and Auburn bags to collect money. You know who won right? ALABAMA!!! Although they didn’t make it to the championship game, John Will LOVES ALABAMA!!

9. Salvation Army Angel Tree As a student council, each year we have decided to sponsor children and participate in the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree. We are glad to give back to our community and make children’s Christmas wishes come true.

10. There is More To Come! We are excited about what we have done so far this year and are looking forward to more activities. We are eager to learn new ideas to bring back to our school!
