3  Process all types of ACH transactions including:  Pre-paid Debit transactions (PPD)  Telephone Initiated transactions (TEL)  Cash Concentration or Disbursements transactions (CCD)  Accounts Receivable Lockbox transactions (ARC)  Point-of-Purchase transactions (POP)  Setup for one time or recurring transactions  Scan checks for archiving purposes  Perform searches of previous customer transactions  Keep notes of customers Software Capabilities

4 Software Main Screen  Transxn Log is where transactions sent for processing are displayed. You may select transactions within a range of dates.  ID Form is used to create an identification link to the current transaction.  Search allows users to search for transactions by name, route & account number, or Auxiliary ID.  Refresh refreshes the screen after an activity.  CAPS is used to perform verification of a check with the CAPS database.  CAPS RPT is used to view a report of all your verifications.  Log out is to exit the user from the software.  Make Payment is where transaction entry takes place.  New Entries is where initial verification of transactions takes place. All new entries that have not yet been verified will be displayed here.  Admin View is where a secondary verification of transactions takes place. Transactions that were verified in the New Entries tab will be displayed here.  Send Transxn is where transactions will be displayed that are ready to be sent for processing. You will have one final chance to edit or delete transactions before sending them.

5 Making Payments  To begin, select the ‘New Pmt’ button on the Control Panel. This will display the ‘Register Payments’ screen.  OPTIONAL FIELDS of data include: Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial, Description.  Once you have everything you want filled in, click on ‘Save’ to save the transaction. You can also click on ‘Cancel’ to quit this transaction and exit back to the Control Panel.  After the check is scanned, the screen will be redisplayed with route, account number, and check number fields populated with information from the MICR line at the bottom of the check. A check image will also be displayed.  Scan the check using the imager.  You will then type in the ‘Payment’ amount.

6 Payments Approval Process - Part 1 Software Requires Two Levels Of Approval Before Transactions Are Sent For Processing. (This allows for balancing of batches by user. It also allows deletion or correction of entries.)  From the Control Panel, click on ‘New Entries’.  Popup will be displayed that allows transactions to be displayed by user or ‘All’ to view all users entries.  A list of all transactions entered by the selected user will be displayed in the Control Panel.  To view detail for a transaction, or to edit or delete the transaction, double click on the transaction in question.  If all transactions are ready to be moved to the next approval level, click on ‘Confirm Transactions’.

7 Part 2 Of The Approval Process Is Similar To Part 1  To view transactions that were confirmed in the part 1 process, but not yet sent, click on the ‘Admin View’ button.  A new screen will be displayed showing transactions that are ready to be approved and sent.  A list of all transactions entered by the selected user will be displayed. To view detail for a transaction, or to edit or delete the transaction, double click on the transaction.  If all transactions are ready to be moved to the next approval level, click on ‘Confirm Transactions’. Approval Process Part 2 & Transmission  Click on ‘Send Transxn’.  There is one more chance to edit or delete transactions. You can access transaction detail by double clicking on the transaction.  If all transactions are correct and are ready to be processed, click on ‘Send Transactions’  Transactions are now complete and sent for deposit! 8 ID Form – Customer Data The ‘ID Form’ Is Used To Create An Identification Link/Customer Record To The Current Transaction (This is searchable and allows the search results to show the linked transaction(s).)  To enter personal information during transaction entry, click the ‘ID Form’ button. This can also be accessed anytime by pressing the ‘F5’ key.  The ‘Contact Information’ screen appears allowing you to enter several fields of data.  Once the ‘ID Form’ is saved, you will be able to perform:  New Transactions  Recurring Transactions  Pre Notes  Review of past, future and all payments  Setup of Notes  Setup different route and account numbers  Searches

9 Entering Recurring Transactions The ‘Recurring Transaction’ Feature Allow You To Set Up Multiple Transactions  From the ID Form screen, click on New Transaction.  Once the ‘Recurring Transaction’ screen appears, enter:  Amount of the transaction  Number Of Payments.  Day of Month  Date for the First Payment to take place  Click the ‘Create Payments’ button.  Choose either a single or recurring payment as well as what account you would like the transaction to originate from.

10 Searching Transactions Searching For Transactions Is Possible By Name, Auxiliary ID, or Route & Account Number  Click on the ‘Search’ button or press ‘F12’  Highlight a ‘Search Key’  Type information in the ‘Search String’ field(s) and press ‘Enter’. The record matching the Search String will be highlighted.  Double click on the record to display transaction detail.

11 Reports Software Allows You To Run & Print Reports On Any Of The Functions You Perform  New Entries – Allows you to view ALL new entries by a particular user.  Admin View – Allows you to view ALL transactions that have been reviewed under New Entries.  Send Transactions – Allows you to view ALL transactions that are ready to be sent.  Transactions Log – Allows you to view ALL transactions that have been sent by entering a date range.  CAPS – Allows you to view ALL successful verifications ran by a certain date range,  Opt Out – Allows you to view ALL the transactions that have opt out.  Payment Activity – Allows you to view ALL transactions that have been paid by a certain date range.  Future Payments – Allows you to view ALL future payments upcoming by Payee, Transaction type and date range.
