2.  Myra was born on July 1, 1955. She was born in Saginaw, Michigan.

3.  Selby served as an associate justice on the Indiana Supreme Court from Jan. 1995 to Oct. 1999.  She was the first woman and the first African American to sit on the bench of the state's highest court.  Graduated law school from the University of Michigan Law School  She currently works at Ice Miller LLP (limited liability partnership)
