10 10 Plan A | Sands Theatre Floor Plan Option 1 Lever Podium Hydraulic Lift LED Wall Dignitaries Backstage Waiting Area This option has the LED downstage (in front) of the hydraulic lift. The CE, SGA & DrA to get to the Theatre via Hydraulic Lift from 2/F Green Room, but to then wait at backstage area for the ceremony. This layout does not provide much space in front of the LED for the Opening Entertainment (possible with two of the entertainment options) and also the lever podium would have to be pre-set.

11 11 Plan A | Sands Theatre Floor Plan Option 2 Lever Podium Hydraulic Lift LED Wall Dignitaries Backstage Waiting Area This option has the LED upstage (behind) of the hydraulic lift. The CE, SGA & DrA to stand by in the 2/F Green room and only to enter the theatre on the Hydraulic Lift once other member of the Officiating Party are on stage. This layout does provide enough space in front of the LED for the any Opening Entertainment and the lever podium would only be set jest before the moment and come up on the lift with the CE, SGA & DrA.
