2. Teachers note
Have the kids bring three or more of the same type of plant or have your department head or money person order them for you. Small plants will do OR use radish reeds instead and test the ability of a seed to sprout
Radish seeds can be grown in a pitri dish or any small dish using paper towels instead of dirt
The point is to see how light, temperature, and whatever else they come up with affects plant growth/seed sprouting
Also, we want the kids to be more interested in plants
This lab can last 2-3 weeks 
Kids should check for plant growth every other day or every day

3. Do light and temperature affect the rate of plant growth?
You will bring plants of the same type to school or a package of radish seeds
Develop a lab to test how light and temperature affect plant growth
You will be provided with the following:
Thermometer
Cabinets
Water
Lamps
Refrigerator access
Ruler

4. Probing Questions Analyze which factor most impacted plants and why.
Analyze how companies that grow plants should learn how much light and at what temperature to grow their plants.
Do all plants need the same amount of light and same temperature? Why?
