A group of people who want to be separated from the official church of England and migrated to the American colonies in the 1600s for religious freedom.

an agreement, signed by 41 adults on the ship, to set up the colony’s government
Mayflower = name of the ship
Compact = agreement

4. The Constitution Mayflower Compact
The Mayflower Compact is similar to the Constitution, because they were both agreements on how to run a democratic self-government.

Assisted the Pilgrims by teaching them to survive, by raking clams and growing corn and pumpkins. He also showed them where to hunt for deer and beaver and which plants were poisonous.
