1. Baldwin Wallace College (Berea, Ohio)

2. Two KN20 boilers installed to replace old atmospheric cast iron boilers. KN boilers are true cast iron sectional boilers packaged to fire at fully condensing efficiency (up to 99%). They have no minimum return temperature requirements. The KN boilers exceeded the colleges expectations in durability (cast iron) and efficiency with the ability to reset the building down into the 90F range where they fire well into the 90% efficiency range.

3. Lake Catholic High School (Mentor Ohio)

4. Three KN20 boilers installed to replace two old Bryan atmospheric flex tube boilers. KN boilers are effectively heating the school with a fraction of the capacity compared to the old boilers. The KN boilers provided a way to reset the building down to 85F without the use of a 3 way valve needed in the old system. Boiler were piped with sealed combustion eliminating the need for a large make up air louver.

5. Project freed up much of the boiler room. Eliminated nearly all of the stand by losses from the old boilers. Large combustion air louvers were converted to a usable garage door / loading area. Bypass loops or primary secondary piping was not needed, cleaning up piping too! This was a very impressive installation.TODAYTODAY OLD BOILERS

6. Kirtland Country Club (Kirtland, Ohio)

7. Two KN10 boilers were installed to replace this old Peerless Cast Iron sectional steam boiler. The building was converted to hot water and the KN boilers provide capacity for the building heat, the pool heater, and the domestic hot water system. In addition, RME supplied the domestic hot water system, System pump VFD drives, an Exhausto vent system, and a new pool heater for the project.
