2 2 Community Systems Rate Proposal Rate Setting Policy Community systems are financially self- sustaining (operations and maintenance and repair and replacement) Developers of community systems subsidize maintenance and operation until 90% occupancy User rates are subject to review and revision periodically by the LCSA Board

Users in the central system use only ¼ as much outside as they use inside annually.
