3 Surveys  Easy to set up and easy to analyze  Will ask specific questions Feedback Boxes  Surveys may not ask the right question that applies to a customer, a feedback box (at the bottom of a website page) allows customers to write their own opinion. Reach Out Directly  To truly understand your customers, go talk to them  Most undervalued method, but very informative  Able to ask deeper questions

4 Importance of feedback  Most people in the workplace suffer from a lack of performance feedback  Feedback is powerful as it helps people get on track, it serves as a guide to assist people to know how they and others see their performance.
